I received an email from Alstom recruitment company but I am not able to reply

I had applied through the carrier page of Alstom and I just received an email from Alstom Talent team and I have mentioned two corresponding emails I have got. I am not able to get in contact even by phone. So any help would be highly appreciated. Kindly do the needful and get me in touch with right person

We can't give you a contact here. Have you tried calling the reception of the sites you are applying to?

Yes madam.
I called the reception at their office and they told that they can’t transfer call unless I know name.

So please share me your email or any concerned person email so that I can forward the emails I received. Because it has no name and contact information.

And you don't have any options in the mail to choose a slot? Or a file attachment to accept the slot? For which site did you apply ?

No madam.
I don’t have any attachment to it to pick my slot and I am not able to send emails to this address.
I applied through Alston’s carriers and I even got confirmation email about my account creation at Alstom

The below is the email I received after I applied for position
